Shaping tomorrow’s leaders.
Executive Photography & Image Advisory
The reputation office for leaders.
Leadership is not only exercised through decisions. It is also expressed through presence.
In an era of constant exposure, executives are seen more than they are heard. What endures is not volume, but coherence. Not visibility, but credibility.
The Executive’s Office is an independent bureau dedicated to the photography and long-term orchestration of executive image, acting as a discreet Chief Image Officer for leaders whose presence cannot be left to chance.
We work on the ground, alongside decision-makers, to ensure that every image released reflects authority, alignment and intent.
Our philosophy
Quiet leadership, applied to image
We believe that influence is built over time. That restraint is often more powerful than excess. And that image, when treated with discipline, becomes a strategic asset rather than a superficial signal.
Quiet leadership does not mean absence. It means choosing when and how to appear, with precision and consistency.
This philosophy guides every aspect of our work.
About us
The Executive’s Office was founded by Léo Dubois, whose career has evolved at the intersection of political communication, executive strategy, and image-making.
Before creating the firm, Léo worked in political and institutional environments where leadership is exposed, scrutinised, and often misunderstood.
Alongside this experience, he developed a parallel practice as a photographer, focusing on portraits and on-the-ground reporting of leaders in moments where posture, presence, and symbolism matter most.
This dual background, strategic and visual, shapes the DNA of The Executive’s Office.
